PRINCESS, 18 ÅR

My name is Lexi, I am 18 years old from the Philippines. I always dreamed of traveling, meet good people especially kids, experience different cultures and learn great languages of this world. Becoming an Au Pair is a big opportunity for it to be my biggest stepping stone of pursuing and achieving this dream of mine. I believe that I am a strong candidate of becoming an Au Pair because of my willingness, eagerness, and sincere dedication to providing you and your children with safe and loving care. Although I am just starting my journey of becoming an Au Pair, I somehow have had experience with children. From an early age, I took care of my younger sibling ever since she was born, in which she is now (8 years old) and often times with my other relatives (6 - 10 years old), helping them with homework, organizing activities, or simply offering emotional support, making sure they were safe, and happy. Over the years, I’ve learned how to be patient, responsible, and creative when it comes to engaging kids. I would love to spend time with kids and do fun activities together, read them stories, help them with school-works, teach them nice things, do things/hobbies they love to do, and any other fun stuffs that would both of us learn from and that could be a core memory for us two! I find it incredibly rewarding to support their development and help them grow into a happy and well-rounded individuals. I also believe that I am a person who is reliable, and adaptable, and I always strive to make the most of every experience. I understand the importance of being a role model and ensuring the family feel safe, supported, and valued. I would describe myself as someone who is open-minded, calm, lovable, communicative and a smiley person. I am always eager to learn new things, take on challenges, and connect with people especially with kids that will surely have all my love. I am someone who loves to walk along nature, loves to eat ice-cream as a stress-reliever, loves to take pictures and videos of scenic views, places, things and people that surrounds me for me to cherish forevah. In my free time of my every-day life I have always been watching movies and series that the genre are specifically focused on rom-com, drama, adventure, and family. This is the main reason I have been somehow romanticizing and have been positive all my life in whatever comes my way. I am also happy to assist with light household chores and help with any other tasks that would make your life easier and happier. But in terms of cooking I honestly don't know much and how, I only know some basics (fastest and easiest to cook) but I am not that confident of what will the taste be... BUT I am willing to learn by following recipes from books or directly from the internet or from the family and I will try my very best in making it look and taste GOOD. I am truly excited about the possibility of becoming a part of your family and contribute to the positive atmosphere of your household. Mabuhay ug Madayaw!
