Dear Future Host Family Hello, good day! Thank you for taking time to read my letter. I am Milky Balatayo; I’m 24 years old; I am single and have no kids. I got my bachelor’s degree in tourism management way back in 2022. I am blessed to have a loving and hardworking family of four in Mindanao. I was born in Manila, and my parents decided to raise us with my sister in Mindanao. Currently, I am living here in Cebu, where I landed my first job as a customer service representative and my second job as a reservationist in a travel agency. I am passionate about working with kids. My childcare experience is when my cousin was left in our house, and no one is obliged to looked after her. She is 4 years old that time and every morning I fed him, I gave a bottle of milk and her vitamins after that I bathe her. I take care of her until she sleeps at afternoon. Before she slept, I read her a story. And if she fell asleep, I do laundry and folds clothes and clean the house. I would love to become your next au pair because I love children and I enjoy spending time with them. I am prepared, and I know being a big sister with your children comes with responsibilities Living with me is easy, as I am not a demanding person. I am sociable, proactive and have basic knowledge in household chores. And most of all I do respect that the house is yours, and I must follow the house rules. I am highly interested in being an Au pair of your family. I love to know more about European culture and traditions. Aside from that, it will boost my language skills; Travel opportunities by exploring new places, visiting historical sites, and enjoying diverse landscapes during my free time. It will also develop independence, adaptability, and problem-solving skills while living in a different country.
