Dear Future Host Family, I hope you're all doing well! Before I introduce myself, let me just say: if being excited were a sport, I’d definitely be winning gold by now—probably while tripping over my shoelaces! ^-^ Anyway hi future mom and dad!! I'm Marielle, 18 years old, living in the Philippines. I recently finished Senior High School last July as an ABM student in tourism management. I love cooking, baking, meeting new people, learning new languages, watching movies, swimming, and trying new things like hiking, reading books, and stargazing. People often describe me as funny, goofy, positive, energetic, cheerful, creative, and easy to be around—and honestly, I have to agree^-^ I’ve also have experience of taking care of kids. Starting from my younger sister, who's now 14, has been my partner-in-crime for years. We’ve done everything from playing games, helping her with homework, and making her cookies, to even walking to school together. I’ve also looked after my neighbor’s kids (ages 4, 7, 9, and 11), my 6-year-old niece, 12-year-old nephew, and my friend’s sisters, who are 5 and 9. We love roleplaying, drawing, and even making mini vlogs for fun! On top of that, I can handle light house chores and care for pets—I've got 5 cats and 5 dogs, so I've got the pet situation down! Rest assured, I’m reliable and ready to help with everything.^-^ While I may be young at 18 years old, I assure you that I am mature, reliable, and deeply committed to being a responsible au pair for your family. I understand the trust it takes to welcome someone into your home, and I am ready to prove that I can be that dependable presence for your children. This program is not just an opportunity for me to care for your little ones, but also a chance to learn from your family’s culture, values, and daily life.
