My name is Jhelline Louela, I am 24 years old and from the Philippines. I am currently an Au Pair here in Amsterdam, Netherlands. I take care of a 6-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy. Back in the Philippines, I am a licensed professional teacher and private tutor to young kids. I studied and got a degree in Education and learned and mastered Child Care and Adolescent development.To tell you most of my life, my life has been revolved around children I started babysitting at a young of 12 years old. I have over 11 years of experience in taking care of children as I have experienced firsthand in taking care of my nieces and nephews, from since when there were still infants, them from being toddler and up until they were in elementary. In my college years, I have been working as a private tutor to children and teaching them the basic subjects and It is where I experienced and immersed to different levels of students with different personalities and upbringing. I have also been through training and lessons for Life-saving emergency procedures in CPR, Choke prevention measures, Water and Safety Prevention, Fire prevention, and most especially First-aid. And now, I am currently an Aupair here in the Netherlands and it’s time for me to expand my horizons and continue my Aupair journey in another country. If you’re looking for an Au Pair who could teach and guide your kids, I’m certainly fit for the job. I would love to take care of your kids and be delighted to join your loving family. When it comes to household chores, I am also confident wherein I have also experienced doing household chores when I was young girl because I grew up as a very hardworking girl with no one to spoon me where I have to stand on my own feet. I have also experienced working in a Hotel Industry as a Room Attendant where I have applied safety and hygiene practices for a safer environment. I have also undergone extensive training in Housekeeping and got a National Certificate to perform such duties. I am also a National Certificate holder in Agriculture where I learned planting vegetables and flowers, harvesting, raise chickens, cows, produce organic crops, fertilizers and concoctions and etc. I am also a TEFL certificate passer where I am eligible to teach the English Language to children. This is also what I do wayback in the Philippines and here in the Netherlands, I teach them how to write and speak the English Language. Now if you’re wondering why I got a lot of Credentials to these certain jobs, I just want to let you know that I am a go-getter, I am an achiever and I am the type of person who just don’t want to stick in a single talent and job. I want to be an all-around person, I want to gain knowledge and I want to explore more. I am versatile and I am flexible in any job. With this backgrounds that I have, I have a lot to offer to your kids, I want to teach children different other things, I just don’t want to teach children the basics, I want to also teach them other things such as the World, Earth, The animals, the people and many others. That’s how I want to be with children, I want to be a role model. I want to teach them through the right path because I will always firmly believe that “Children are really the future”. I love being with children, they are just the purest of pure, I love them, I love their innocent faces where I just want to protect them and guide them every step of the way. I am the type of person/nanny where I love to stay indoors and outdoors, I can be everywhere. In doing outdoor activities, I’d love to take the kids outside to play soccer, basketball and swimming or go on nature walks, visit parks and have picnic and enjoy the fresh air and the view. I also like to help them in their homework, and if ever the weather is not so good, we’ll just have a reading and story-telling session.I will also engage them in creative activities like drawing, painting or making crafts. Lastly, during my college Internship years. I was assigned to different levels but the phase where I handled Kindergarten and Elementary students, It’s where I finally found my heart. It is the phase where I said my heart belongs to Children. All this time, I was meant to be with children. I never expected myself to become a teacher someday but with what the children do that makes me feel like their second parent, that’s when I knew and said to myself that I will be teaching Children all my life. Now, why I’m telling you this because it is to show you how pure my Intentions are to you and to your child/children. I promise I will love and take care of them wholeheartedly like my own. You can give me your trust and I won’t waste it. I am trustworthy and you can rely on me too as a friend. I can be your child’s best friend, personal teacher, trainer, mentor, nanny and sister.
