My Dearest Host Family, I am writing to apply as your new Au Pair. I am 21 years old. My characteristics are good, flexible and responsible. My past times are singing and reading bible. I can play instruments like tambourine and bass guitar. I have Senior High School diploma. I have Caregiving certificate, I studied here about caring for infants, toddlers, children, with special needs, responding to emergency, cleaning rooms of the house like living, dining, bed, toilet and bath, washing and ironing of clothes, fabrics and linens, preparing hot and cold meals and maintaining healthy and safe environment. I also finished learning CPR, AED and First Aid and Monitoring Child Development from Birth to 14 Years Old for Caregivers. My work right now is House Server and Babysitter, I started here in the year 2020. My roles and responsibilities are: • Keep the house tidy • Cook healthy food • Washing clothes and hang them outside to sun dry • Ironing uniforms • Washing plates • Organizing the children’s play area • Take care of five children – 9 years old, 5 years old, 4 years old, 3 years old and 2 years old • Feeding the children nutritious food, prepare milk bottle and give correct water intake • Give refreshing bath to the children, put new diaper and fresh smelling clothes • Bring the eldest child to her primary school near the house • Writing, reading and teaching months of the year, days of the week and types of weather • Prepare sandwiches, juices, marshmallows and jelly strips and we go to the forest, I put picnic mat and table and we will have a picnic party filled with fun and laughter • Keep the children active by doing outdoor biking • Care for two love birds and give them bird seed and water • Care for one cat and make sure she is well fed • Care for two dogs and make sure they have eaten their food I want to be your new Au Pair because I want to help your whole family in light household chores and childcare and I want to study your language and learn your culture.
