JENNY, 28 ÅR

Hello dear future family is a pleasure, my name is Jenny Tatiana Losada Marin, I am 26 years old, I am from Bogota Colombia, I am characterized by being an organized, creative, responsible, willing to learn new things, I adapt easily to the environment, I like to explore new experiences although I am not a person to travel much, I want to fulfill my dreams and goals and in them is to make a cultural exchange to learn a new language, I am a tolerant person with a relaxed temperament, I like to listen to music, dance, read and watch anime, I like to teach what I know and I am a little strict, I respect people's thoughts, I do not like to enter into conflict for vain things, I respect the beliefs of others and I like to learn from people, I am very analytical and sincere and a little shy. Currently I live with my family which consists of 3 people, my mother and my two brothers, the youngest is called Erick is 14 years old and is studying, my other brother is called Julian is 24 years old is self-employed as a worker and has two children, my mother is called Dora is 56 years old and is a housewife. My academic training was done until high school grade 11, since I did not have the opportunity to enter a university as soon as I left school for economic reasons however, after leaving school I worked in the working world, I started in a kindergarten, then worked in a call center and currently working in a utility company as a data analyst and portfolio, I have a certificate in intermediate Excel, and at night I study languages virtually. In my free time I relax a little, I like to read manga, I like to watch anime, I don't go out much because my free time is limited so I take advantage of it to rest, as I work 8 hours a day at night I dedicate myself to study so on weekends I dedicate myself to rest and do homework, sometimes I go out with my childhood friend to watch movies and eat, and on Sundays I take care of my nephew. My experience with children is too much, since I was little I have participated in many events that involve them, at that time I was a volunteer in a Christian foundation and participated in a group called castle of the king, I participated in the many events as a dancer and also participated in the plays, every October I was a recreationist and every time there was an event I participated, I was also part of a dance group called Gloria Real, in that group we used to go to the small neighborhoods of the city in which we did plays, we gave gifts, we gave aids and every December we give volunteers for the children, When I left school I had 2 more years of experience with the children since I worked during that time in 2 community gardens while I acquired more experience, I was the assistant of the community mother and I was in charge of the little ones while she was in charge of the kitchen, the age of those children was not more than 7 years old, the age of the youngest ones was from 6 to 8 months, I currently take care of my nephew, he is months old and since my sister-in-law has to go out to work I am the one who takes care of him while I work at home, it may sound a little complicated but I have become multifaceted since I had to take care of myself. The experience I have gained with children has been enriching, it has helped me to be tolerant, to understand them more and to know how to handle and help them. My reasons for being an Au Pair, comes at the time of wanting to overcome as a person, I have had dreams that I have not been able to realize for economic reasons, I saw this opportunity to undertake, work and study at the same time, learn about another culture that is not mine, learn from others, I saw this opportunity to undertake, to work and study at the same time, to know another culture that is not mine, to learn from others, to perfect and improve another language to have more opportunities in the workplace and that motivates me, makes me give me confidence in myself to get out of my comfort zone and encourages me to say that I can with a little more effort, plus the work I get is with children which I like and I learn from them every day. My language skills are currently basic English A1 A2 level but I am studying virtual to reach the intermediate B1 B2, not only study English I also study Japanese, Chinese and Korean which I also take it at a basic level, I want to continue studying languages and improve myself and continue with my long term plans. My goals to achieve in this experience is to save, learn, improve my language skills, I want to know and enjoy every moment I spend in this country, I want to learn from the family that welcomes me, help them as much as I can with the children to take care of, I would like to show the attractions of my culture and bring them my good sense of humor. Additionally I would like to share with you about my current tastes, I love animals especially cats, I am attracted to western food, I like to listen to all kinds of music, but especially I love rock and pop, I find interesting western culture, I like dancing so I participate in a dance academy, I am intrigued to know the changes of climatic season my favorite autumn. My personalidad, I am an enterprising person with a desire to take on challenges, I am humble, simple and easy to get along with, I am a serious person, understandable, shy and passionate about what I do, I like to learn new things, very optimistic.
