My name is Joyce, and I have a genuine passion for working with children. I bring with me prior experience teaching children in a virtual setting, as well as actively participating in the care of my niece and nephew, who reside with my parents and me. I believe that my background, combined with my values, would make me a valuable addition to your family. I'd like to be an au pair to immerse myself in a new culture, improve my language skills, and gain more experience working with children. After a fulfilling au pair experience, I aspire to undergo Montessori Education training at an AMS-approved institute to refine my skills and become proficient in nurturing young minds. I am particularly drawn to Montessori methods, which emphasize a child-centered approach focused on fostering independence, creativity, and a love of learning in children.
