Hello Future Host Family, My name is Hannah Christy, 26 years old, single and no kids from the Philippines. I studied Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in a university. I also have experience in Caregiving since I studied it last year. In the past 5 years, I worked in a shipping company as a Freight teller. I grew up with loving parents who taught me to be flexible and independent together with my 9 other siblings. I am well experienced when it comes to childcare since I grew up in a large family. And I have a childcare subject in Caregiver course were I learn how to take good care of the kids properly. I used to babysit my nieces/nephews and cousins when their parents are working. I also have 2 younger sisters who were 18 and 23 years old growing up with them and look after tehm at the same time. I used to help my Aunties and my Siblings to looked after their kids, prepare food and and play with them. I spend most of my time with children by playing different kinds of games, teaching them how to read and write, doing some crafts, cooking and baking, and creating fun activities for them. I love guiding them by bringing their best and enhancing their talents. When it comes to household chores, I am very responsible growing up my Mom taught me and I used to help her inside our house. I know how to wash clothes and tidy them up. I can load and unload them, wash dishes. I know how to vacuum the floor also. I know how to cook and as a Filipino we have lots of delicious dishes that I wanted to share with you. I am very organized as I found cleaning as my stress reliever. I love keeping everything neat and clean. I also know how to take care of animals and I lived with my adopted stray cats at home. I would like to become an au pair because I love children and I enjoy everytime I'm with them. I love reading books to them and create fun activities. I am also fascinated by learning about new cultures, learning new languages, and explore other places and meeting new people. Through my experiences in life, I want to use this opportunity to teach your children and treat them as my own siblings. My hobbies and interests are including cross stitching, reading books, cooking asian foods, baking cookies , dancing and singing. I love watching movies and listening to music. I also love spending time in nature like watching sunset and falls trekking. I also love gardening because my father is a farmer and he taught me how to plant flowers and veggies. I also love to go to the beach I know how to swim, going to amusement parks, and museums. I love to stroll around, by walking or biking. I can describe myself as a optimistic person, trustworthy, patient, caring, creative and responsible.
