VEVIAN JOY, 26 ÅR

My name is Vevian Joy, and I’m excited to introduce myself as an au pair. I am 26 years old and come from the beautiful island of the Philippines, I have my Bachelors degree in Agriculture in the Ph. and I also earned Professional units in Child Education for I have a passion for working with children as well. In regards of my professional career, I was a college instructor in one of the College Institutions in my hometown and was also a Customer Service Representative after that. However, I decided to reroute my career the moment I got introduced to au pairship. This caught my attention. It gives me opportunity to dream another. A dream to see and experience life in a new perspective, in different setting. To learn new things, gain new skills, meet new people, get introduced to new culture and be familiar to unknown places. To experience things but to also keep in mind my responsibility as your au pair. Although my childcare experience is within my family, I believe that I have learned so much from them, I gained new skill which I think qualify me to become your next au pair. I have an experience in babysitting since I belong to a pretty big family, I am the seventh child out of 10 siblings and I tried to take care of them when they were so little. I took care of my 2 years old niece as my par time during my college days and currently nannying my 4 years old niece since I am not currently working. I also experienced tutoring younger children at church every month. I love working with children, engaging in fun, creative and educational activities with them. My genuine passion for children has driven me to pursue this role. I am aware that most of host families prefer applicants within Europe but I am still hoping that you would find it in your heart to consider me. I am very much willing to negotiate with the expenses if you would give me a chance. I’m looking forward to becoming a part of your family, helping with childcare, household chores and sharing my culture while learning about yours. I’m eager to create a positive and nurturing environment for your children and support your family in any way I can. I can’t wait to meet you and start this wonderful journey together!
