Dear Host Family, My name is pauline, and I come from Zambia. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and currently work as a physiotherapist. Alongside my profession, I am studying French at Alliance Française in Lusaka, where I recently completed my DELF A2 certificate. I would love to become an au pair in France in order to immerse myself in French culture and practice my French language skills. Learning languages and experiencing new cultures excites me, and I believe living with a French family will be the best way to achieve this while also sharing my own culture. I grew up as the firstborn in my family of three children, with a nine-year age gap between me and my immediate sister. From an early age, I naturally took on responsibilities of caring for my younger siblings and cousins. Childcare and house care come very naturally to me, and I genuinely enjoy supporting children in their growth, play, and learning. As a physiotherapist, I am caring, patient, and attentive, qualities that also make me a responsible au pair, with my physiotherapy background I am very open to taking care of children with special needs. I am confident that I can create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. At the same time, I am eager to immerse myself in French culture, improve my language skills, and share my own cultural background with your family.
