Dear Host Family: My name is Refilwe, I’m 21 years old and from Cape Town, South Africa🇿🇦 I’m an only child, but I grew up surrounded by cousins and younger children, and over the years I’ve gained experience through: -Live in nanny roles -Ocasional babysitting -Volunteering at children’s summer camps - Caring for my baby nephew That’s where I learned how much I genuinely enjoy being around kids! I’m patient, responsible, and caring, but also creative and cheerful. I bring calm, positive energy into a home and enjoy being someone children feel safe and comfortable around. My qualifications include: -CPR and First Aid certified 🏥 -Confident driver🚗 - Being adaptable to new routines, school runs, and daily life. 📚 I’m also very adaptable to living abroad. I’ve studied in the USA and I travel often on my own, so I’m used to new environments, cultures, and managing homesickness In my free time, I enjoy being active, cooking, baking, going to the gym, and discovering new cafés. ( I also make a mean banana bread ) I’d love to share a bit of my South African culture with your family!
