GLIZETTE, 26 YEARS

Hello! Good Day, I’m Glizette Irish C. Funa, 26 years of age. I graduated Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in the Philippines and currently working here in UAE as a Domestic Helper specifically a nanny/babysitter for two kids( a 9yrs old Girl and a 7yrs old boy) for almost 2 yrs and 4 months. Working from different country is a big challenge for me at first. The adaptation and adjustment from their culture and tradition. Additionally, I learned and discover a lot of things and knowledge working here. It molded me to become a better person and being a breadwinner for my family is quite difficult because there are some things that I need to set aside for myself just to provide what my family needs and wants. Adulting hits me so bad but I still believe in myself and the power of prayer that someday I can make my dreams come true and make everything possible by working smarter and harder.
