While I may not have professional childcare experience, I have gained valuable skills through practical experiences that have shaped my passion for working with children. During my On-the-Job Training (OJT) in a school setting, I had the privilege of assisting and interacting with 35 elementary students. This experience taught me how to manage group dynamics, create engaging activities, and provide support in a structured environment. Additionally, I have been actively involved in caring for my younger brother since he was young, which has further deepened my understanding of child development and the importance of nurturing relationships.
