Dear Host Family, I hope this letter finds you well! My name is Venus Namu and I am thrilled at the chance to become a part of your family as an au pair. I come from Kenya, where I’ve had the privilege of growing up in a close-knit community. I believe family is one of life’s greatest gifts, and I’m excited at the thought of joining yours. I have a deep love for working with children; over the years, I’ve had experience caring for kids of various ages, whether it’s through babysitting, volunteering, or helping family friends. I find so much joy in supporting children as they grow and discover the world around them, from helping with homework to inventing creative games that keep us both entertained. In my free time, I enjoy talking walks, skating going on runs outdoor activities, cycling and I would love to share these passions with your family! I’m especially eager to learn about your culture and to introduce you to mine, whether that’s through sharing stories, trying new recipes, or simply learning from each other day by day.
