LESLEY, 22 YEARS

Dear host, My name is Lesley Vugutsa Ogada, 21 years old and I’m from Nairobi, Kenya. I come from a sweet, supportive & open minded family of 5 me being the last born, raised by a single mother. People would describe me as a calm-collected person, very observant and independent. I have many interests including hiking, biking , fashion& beauty and so many more. I grew up in a healthy environment, which helped me become the person I am today. Although it will be my first time joining the au pair program, I have had long term experience with kids throughout my teen-adult years and growing up took care of my nieces, bonded with kids from the orphanages as well in my neighborhood and it has help me develop skills like multi-tasking,sense of responsibility & understanding. Therefore I’m confident enough that I can be able to take care of your little ones. And treat them with love& care. After my au pair year I’ll return home to pursue my dream career in cosmetology. I believe that I will have gained many skills being in a different country with different culture that may help me with my journey. It will be my pleasure to be the extra hand to assist in anything needed.
