AGNES, 19 YEARS

A LETTER TO HOST FAMILY: Dear host family, I am already very excited about getting to know you, but first of all I would like to introduce myself to you. Mein name ist Agnes und ich bin 19 jahre alt. I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person who tries to make the best out of every situation. I enjoy spending time with my friends; who are - as well as my family - very important to me. In my free time, I like to cook, read novels, listen to music or go out on walks. At the moment, I work as an assistant Baker at a local bakery. I enjoy doing this job very much as I like cooking and also because it gives me the opportunity to bond with many of my customers. I completed my secondary school education two years ago and during that period of time I took care of children of all ages from different families. I became very close to them and I cherish the time I have spent with them. Through this time, I have found out how much fun it is to have children around, I can't imagine a life without them. The reason why I want to be an aupair is I want to get to explore different places and get to experience and know the way of life of different cultures around the world as well. Most importantly, It would be a great chance to spend time taking care of children and of course it would be great to improve my lingual skills as I would get to learn new languages.
