RACHEAL, 23 YEARS

Dear Future Host Family, My name is Racheal, I am 22 years old. I am a caring, patient, and responsible person who enjoys being around children. Growing up as the third born in a big family of six has given me the opportunity to understand the importance of family, teamwork, and looking after others. Being raised in a big family helped me develop patience, responsibility, and the ability to support younger children while creating a loving and safe environment for them. I have experience taking care of children, and during my time in college, I also worked as an English tutor, where I supported learners by helping them improve their language skills. This experience strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to connect with people from different backgrounds. I am a recent college graduate with a Diploma in Maritime Transport and Logistics, and I look forward to continuing my education in the future by pursuing a degree. Outside my studies, I have a passion for painting, which allows me to be creative and express myself. I previously participated in an exchange program in Canada, where I had the opportunity to stay with a Canadian host family. It was a memorable experience that helped me appreciate cultural exchange, build new relationships, and learn from a different way of life.
