MATTIA, 19 YEARS

Dear families, I’m Mattia, 19 years old and I’m an Italian boy who really enjoys new experiences. I’m from Euganean Hills, in Padua. I had different experiences with children, where most part of them were sort of journey-school with children of different ages (to 5 until 16), where I learned playing with children and listen to them to understand their needs. I have also done specific courses for first aid. I’m trying to raise my money for the University, so I decided to take part in this project, due to I really love spending time with children. I will be very happy to be helpful for my future host-family and joining in family experiences, though having time to discover the place and knowing locals. Thanks to this experience I want to know new people and keep in touch with them. What about me: I’m an open-mind person, who wants to discover new cultures, languages, typical dishes, traditions and many other things. My hobbies are reading books, sciences, nature, animals, learning new language and many others. Italian is my mother tongue, I know also English though. I have basic knowledge of German and Spanish. I really want to improve the languages that I speak, and learning some of new, of course. I’m lactose intolerant, so I can’t eat food which contains lactose, milk, butter, cream.
