CINDY, 26 YEARS

Dear host family, I am already very excited about getting to know you. But, first of all, I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Cindy. I am 23 years old and from the big city, Bogor in Indonesia with my parents. I have two sisters and I am the youngest one. My sisters have got married and live with their husbands. I have three nephews and one niece. I would describe myself as a reliable and caring person, who tries to make the best out of every situation. I like spending time with my friends; they are – as well as my family – very important to me. Always trying to help, I’m always there for them if they need me. In my free time, I like to listen to music, read a book or watch movies and series. Furthermore, I also enjoy traveling and explore new places and singing – even though I cannot sing. I love children because I have helped my sisters since they have children. I always did babysitting when their mom doing housework. I would like to play with them, teaching new languages, telling a story and so on. Currently, I am an online English teacher and a freelancer talent manager in live streaming agency. I have graduated in 2020 and my major is English Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences, Pakuan Unversity. Since I am an English teacher then I mostly talk or communicate in English, so I hope I can work as an Au Pair as soon as possible to improve or enhance my English, learning new languages, meeting new people and gain new experience like living abroad. I want to get to know about different cultures too. Most importantly, it would be a great chance to spend an entire year taking care of children. I hope we can develop a good relationship, working and living together as a family. I would be very happy to experience an eventful year with you and your kids.
