LIA, 20 YEARS

Dear Future Host Family, My name is Lia from Indonesia, I'm 20 years old, and I'm happy to introduce myself to you! I really want to travel to Europe and can't wait to learn more about the culture and history of this country. I grew up in a family of two brothers and one sister in a small town. I love reading, coloring, and cycling, but one of my greatest passions is raising children. I have experience caring for children for a year at a daycare and have cared for children of all ages, including newborns from 3 months, children aged 1 to 4 years. In fact, this is one of the biggest reasons why I wanted to be an Au Pair. This is my last month working as a Caregiver at Daycare, my plan after that is to take part in the Au Pair program, I hope I can develop and continue learning for a useful future. As an Au Pair, some of the skills I offer are attention to detail in cleaning the house, patience and gentleness with children, cooking simple meals as well as the ability to help with basic chores or other life skills.
