VANESSA, 25 YEARS

Dear Host Family, I am very excited about getting to know you, but first I want to introduce myself and hopefully to make your decision easier. I am Vanessa Jundis but you call me Van. I am 25 years old and I live in Bohol, Philippines. We are 5 in our family. My mother is a housewife, my father is a baker of our bakery business. I am a undergraduate student with a course of Bachelor of Science in Criminology. When I was in college I was dreamed to became a Police Officer but due to financial problem I stopped because my parents did not support my studies anymore and to help my parents to support our needs, I find my job as Security Guard in restaurant and a part time pet sitter of my employer's dogs. Besides of our financially needs my salary is not enough to support my family so that I was aiming to work abroad and hopefully I am qualified. I would describe myself as friendly, easy going, Trustworthy, hardworking, caring, dedicated and willing to learn person. In my vacant time, I love to play and giving treats to my dogs because they are my stress reliever, playing basketball, making fun to my siblings and cousins, I love cooking also. I also love to play chess and singing. The reason why I want to be an aupair is I will be able to learn the more complex in and outs of life and how to handle it. I believe being an aupair will help me being an independent and responsible person. Taking good care of my host family, my host family's children, and their pets gives me more responsibility and especially to earn money so that I will help my family. Experience taking care of children: I am the eldest of our family and I was incharge of taking care of my siblings while my parents are not around. I am also taking care my cousins since they are infant until they grown up because their parents are out for work. I am looking forward that you will consider me and I am doing my best to not make you regret for picking me as your Aupair. I will assure you that I am honest and trustworthy when it comes to taking care of your children.
