Good day Ma’am / Sir, I’m Nicole May, 27 y/o from Philippines. I am a college graduate, I have work experiences in different industry. I have my trainings and certificates in: •BASIC NURSING SKILLS •NATIONAL CERTIFICATE II in CAREGIVING •BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING in Makati Medical Center in Makati City, Philippines As a Filipino I always see myself to live with a local family abroad, this is a great opportunity in getting better insights into local culture and languages and to gain valuable experiences and expand my skills, I do also wanted to have new experiences out of my bubble and my home country furthermore, I like kids and i am very patient with them helping to shape their future. And we know that us Filipinos are exceptional as caregivers because we have the deep and high respect of the Filipinos towards the elderly and kids, And I have the patience and very hands-on for caring, treat and love the elderly and kids as my family also. I have my 1 year experienced as a caregiver for a Senior Citizen, March 2021 to April 2022 My duties and responsibilities are: • Coordinate with Hospital/ Clinic • Assist Patients & Physician during weekly/ Annual Check Ups. • Administer Oral Medication, Insulin Injection and report relevant observations to the doctor. • Assist Patient during and after laboratory testing. • Monitor Both blood sugar & Blood Pressure in a daily basis. • Monitor Daily Consumption based on dietary menu provided. • Giving Out instructions to patient & relatives about the prevention of complications. • Bathing • Preparing the food (diet food)
