Hello, family! I hope this letter finds you well. I am really excited to meet you. But, first, let me introduce myself. My name is Anna Mikyla Calderon. Single, 23 years old from the small town of Kiamba in the Philippines. I'm currently living with my parents with my adorable 3 dogs. I recently graduated Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. I would describe myself as an open-minded, easy-going, dedicated, trustworthy, patient, fun, and passionate person who loves to learn and explore new things. Furthermore, I enjoy staying active through dancing and sports, like badminton, and softball. Since I do not have sibling, caring for other children like my cousins or relatives children comes naturally for me. I genuinely love kids and possess the patients and fun-loving nature needed to engage with them. My passion for dancing and being playful makes me excited to share fun activities with your children. I have a knack for getting along with people, especially kids, and I am confident that I will quickly become a trusted member of your family. In addition to childcare, I am proficient in household chores. In fact, I had experience as a housekeeping trainee in a three-star hotel in the Philippines. As well as cooking and baking where I also had an experience as a Bread and Pastry Associate. I am enthusiastic about learning new dishes to cater your family's preferences and know about your culture. My desire to become an au pair stems from my desire to travel and explore different cultures. Being away from my loved ones will put my strength as a person to the test and help me become a better version of myself. Explore more places during day-off and meeting new sets of friends. I'll be able to understand the intriticate details of life and how to manage them. I believe being an au pair will make me a more independent and accountable individual. Taking good care of my host family gives me more responsibility. Giving a helping hand matters, even in small ways. I know I will learn a lot from the family during this experience, and I genuinely hope that we can have a peaceful relationship. Learning more about life in another perspective which is beyond my comfort zone. And these memories will be treasured forever. I would love to become your Au Pair because I love children and enjoy spending time with them. I'm ready and fully aware that taking on the role of your children's big sister entails responsibility, I also understand that it won't always be play and enjoyment. My ability to remain composed and patient will come in handy in challenging circumstances, such as when the kids are cranky or refuse to listen to me. Living with me is incredibly easy as I am not a demanding person. I acknowledge and respect your control of the house and my responsibility to abide by your rules.
