MARY, 25 YEARS

Hoi Familie, Goedendag. Ik ben Mary. Ik ben 25 years old. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering. My kind of personality is happy, reliable and industrious. My interests are such as play instrument like lyre, play mind games like chess and puzzles and go outdoors and do cycling. I can cook cuisines like bulalo, caldereta, Filipino style and Italian style spaghetti and make ice cream with different flavors such as avocado, chocolate, cookies and cream and mango. I am eager to improve my language skills that is why I enrolled in a short online course to study complete Dutch language a1 course. I want to be prepared in case of urgent situation so I enrolled in pediatric advanced life support that discusses about responding to emergencies in the pediatric population with advanced interventions and basic life support to infants and children. After I graduated college, my calling is to help a family so I came up with a decision to become a domestic worker. I carry out all of the housekeeping assignments like cleaning the house, go to supermarket to purchase groceries, cooking food, set the table and serve food, dishwashing, emptying trash bin, change bed sheets, mop the floor, do the laundry and ironing clothes and additionally, walk their friendly dog in the neighborhood and provide adequate nutrition. I carry out all of the children care assignments like babysitting the three girls (8, 5 and 3 years old), feed them, brushing teeth, take them a bath, change their clothes, prepare the eldest and middle child for school and bring them back and forth from school, to improve their brain development, we recite the letters and numbers, we do coloring of books, reading assorted books, play alphabet puzzle mats and I want them to enjoy their childhood, so I bring them to kiddie park so they can see the life-size cartoon characters and play with other kids there. We love doing nature trips, we go to the green fields and lay out our picnic cloth and I serve their favorite snacks like sandwich bread, fried chicken and fruit juice which the kids truly enjoy. I want to step on a new journey in my life as an au pair because I know that I can help your family with your household and children needs and I can have the chance to discover your dearest country and to have acquaintance with your colorful culture and conversational language.
