Dear Future Au Pair Family, My name is Queen Gene, and I come from a large family in the Philippines. I am the second of six siblings. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and have been an English tutor for over five years, teaching children of all ages, from toddlers to adults. Growing up in a single-parent household, I often babysat and took care of my younger siblings and do the household chores. I also have experience caring for loved ones in the hospital. These experiences have helped me develop a strong sense of responsibility and compassion. As an independent student in college, I juggled multiple jobs to support my studies while helping my mom raise my younger siblings. This taught me to be flexible, adaptable, and resourceful. I would be honored to live with your family and become a part of your journey. I am excited to share my knowledge and experiences while also learning from you. The opportunity to cross intercultural borders is something that excites me deeply.
