ALJEAN, 21 YEARS

Hello Dear Family, I am Aljean Tapayan from Philippines, down to earth kind of person, responsible, positive, I am passionate in dealing with kids.I also like to do my work without complaining and murmuring. Doing my work with love and passion makes me contented and satisfied worker. For me caring for children is not just a job for me, it's my passion. I had been taking care of different children in my church family as early as in my teen, years but my first formal experience that is recorded is when I turned 18 years old and I started in 2021 to take care of kids and infant. I started my childcare experience with 4 children of different ages. My role was generally to look after them. I made sure they get to eat good food at their meal time. I played with them indoor and outdoor. I taught them a lot of things, songs, crafts and etc.. I also gave them baths, put them to sleep.
