ANDREA, 29 YEARS

Hello there! My name is Andrea, I'm a 28 y/o girl from Colombia. Currently traveling as a tourist in the UK and looking for a way to stay a bit longer in Europe. Copenhaguen is my ideal city, so if you are looking for an experienced au pair who can provide a good environment and an independent relationship, I would love to hear from you. I consider myself a responsible person, always being professional with my job. I handle situations in the best/calm way possible and I know communication is key in any aspect of our lives so I'm always open to talk about anything, to give and receive feedback. I've been an au pair for the past 3,5 years. I've been in charged of children under 2 years old and above. My past experiences has been amazing. I've connected with the families in such a good way but also being very independent with my own stuff. I'm still in contact with them and have visited them a few times. In both experiences, I've been looking after 3 children. Parents were also present supporting with their care. My last experience has been with a family with three small children 2, 4 and 6 years old and I've had them on my own when the parents went out or on special occassions. I am an energetic person who loves outdoors and always prefer to take the children out to a playground rather than keep them home, specially if the weather is good! But is algo good to spend some time indoors playing boardgames, puzzles, lego or just doing some painting, clipping... being artistic! Regarding my personality, I am a kind loving person who loves respect above all. I am an easy-going girl who loves making friends and being social. I love being creative, having fun and being silly with the children (I become another child) and I love dancing. I'm very independent and can adapt easily to new environments. I'm a quick learner. I'm good at cooking and wouldn't mind to make meals a couple of days during the week. I don't do deep cleaning, that's not an au pair duty unless you pay extra for that. I do keep social areas tidy and will do the children's bedroom as well. I'm very flexible and open to babysit, work extra hours if you tell me in advance, we can always talk about it. I don't work on weekends unless we talk about it in advance.
