TALITA, 22 YEARS

Hello families! My name is Talita, I am a 22yo Brazilian girl au pair in UK now! I started my life as an Au Pair in 2022 in Belgium, I was also able to have experience as an au pair in England, and I was in Denmark for 5 months with 2 families between june - 2023 / November 2023. Im now looking for my next host family in Denmark starting from october 2024 for 1y-2y!! I hope the information below in my profile matches your expectations! I am a simple and very dreamy person fascinated by nature! Passionate about studying languages i speak portuguese, english, spanish, a bit of french and dutch as well as a bit of Korean, and I would love to learn Danish! I am also a future physiotherapy student and currently my focus is being able to go to university in Denmark! I'm quite sporty, I love good volleyball and good football, im also passionate about roller skating and I love to dance, I've been dancing as a hobby since I was 5. I am a huge art lover, I have painting as a hobby and I appreciate art/craft based dynamics. Give me a paper and pencil and I'll be entertained for hours 😆 I am also outgoing and I like to have fun with my friends ALTHOUGH what i love the most is enjoying my time on my own to relax, studying and watching a good film in my room. I consider myself a fun person, calm and patient, mature, attentive, responsible and older sister of 4 kids! I'm passionate about animals and currently as a hobbies im a pet sitter! And back in my home country im a mum of 7 lovely dogs! I also like to cook and I do it from time to time, I enjoy trying out new recipes every time! In my previous host family I cooked 3 times a week and I was wonderfully able to learn new recipes! As an au pair in Belgium I looked after 4 children aged from 8 to 13 years old. Also during my time in Belgium I had plenty of opportunities babysitting kids aged 6 months to 6 years! In UK I had the chance to look after an adorable 16 month old baby girl, where I had the chance to develop more experience with daily care for the little ones. Also in the UK I looked after 2 children aged 7 and 11, both quite independent but at the same time in need of a lot of help and the way the 3 of us managed this together is something I really appreciate! During the 5 months that I was in Denmark I was able to look after a lovely almost 1yo babyboy and a lovely little 3 year old boy! And I also had experience looking after 3 boys (yes 3 boys :D ) aged 3, 5 and 8! My previous experience in the UK was caring for a 4 year old non-verbal autistic boy and an 11 year old boy. And currently I look after a lovely super smart 2yo girl also in the UK. In Brasil I helped my mom with my siblings and also looking after 3 kids for a year with a simple job as a nanny in my own home. I like being with children and helping them with their activities, so then they can use their imagination and explore! trying to make everything as fun and interesting as possible. Healthy development is extremely important and I do my best to contribute during this period of their lives. Trusting your children with a new person is a decision that can be really difficult, so I always do my best to make my host family and host kids feel as comfortable safe and happy with me as possible! With all care and affection! I believe that the main basis for an excellent experience for the au pair and host family is respect, understanding and an open heart to a new experience and culture. Au pair is like a new pair of hands to **help** the family on a daily basis.
