MILLICENT, 30 YEARS

Hello host families, My name is Millicent Mogeni and I am 30 years old from Nairobi Kenya. I am a mother to a 3 years old daughter. I'm a trained teacher and have decided to take a gap year before pursuing further studies. During this time, I want to immerse myself in a new culture, improve my language skills, and develop a deeper understanding of the world. Becoming an au pair is the perfect way to achieve these goals. I am expressing my interest in becoming an au pair for your family. I have always had a passion for caring for children and believe that being an au pair would provide me with a wonderful opportunity to combine my love for children with my desire to explore new cultures and gain valuable life experiences. I have had previous experience working with children, as a teacher , a babysitter and a volunteer at a local daycare center. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and being attentive to the needs of children. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children, engaging in educational and recreational activities, and providing them with a safe and nurturing environment. In addition to my experience with children, I am a responsible and trustworthy individual. I understand the significance of the role of an au pair and the level of trust that is placed in me as a caregiver. I can also handle children with special needs.I take this responsibility seriously and will do everything possible to ensure the well-being and happiness of your children. Furthermore, I am a quick learner and adapt easily to new situations.
