My Name is Tracy. I am a 26 year old female from Malawi, a small beautiful country in Africa. I am the first born and only daughter in a family of 5 children. Being a big sister and deputy parent to my siblings over the years, made me develop a passion for working with children. I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to become a part of your household and contribute to your children's growth and development. I believe that my experience and nurturing nature makes me an excellent fit for this role. Over the years, I have gained valuable experience in childcare through my recent job as a School Administrator at Pre-school and my previous job at a Public Hospital here in Malawi where I work in the pediatric unit as a Nutrition Specialist. Recently I babysit for people on my free time. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and effective communication when caring for children.
