Our family We are a family of two parents and 3 daughters aged 5, 7 and 9. Both parents work full time, and the children go to school and kindergarden. Location We are living in Solrød Strand. It's a 30 seconds walk from the 20 kilometer long, beautiful beach. We are close to S-trains that can take you to Copenhagen or to Køge, but most of our life is in Solrød Strand. There are shops, a small beautiful city center. About you We appreciate if you love being with children, and are pro-active taking initiative in helping around. The mornings and evenings are the busiest times of our day, and this is when we need your help most. Which means you will have many free hours around lunchtime, when the weather and temperatures are best for enjoying the beach :) It is useful if you know how to use a bicycle, as this is important in taking the kids to/from their institutions. It helps if you have a driver's license, but it's not mandatory. We consider getting a cat (and right now the neighbor's cat is visiting us sometimes), so it is easiest if you are not allergic to cat hair. We don't smoke and we are searching for somebody who doesn't smoke either. We are looking for someone long term, in Denmark you can be au pair for 2 years. This is because you will be part of our family, our children will grow to love you and stability is important in the children's lives when they grow up. We hope you will be happy in our home :)
