Dear Host Family, My name is Mey, a 23-year-old from the Philippines, and I’m thrilled at the opportunity to find my perfect host family match anywhere in Europe. Becoming an Au Pair has been a long-time dream of mine, and I’m now ready and excited to start this new chapter. I come from a large, close-knit family, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience caring for children from a young age. Since I was 13, I’ve been helping look after my nieces and nephews, everything from feeding and bathing to playing, helping with homework, and keeping them happily entertained. I’ve also volunteered at youth camps where I worked with children aged 8 to 15, including those with special needs, which helped me develop a deeper sense of patience, empathy, and understanding. Spending time with children brings me so much joy. I love engaging them in fun and creative activities and simply spending quality time together. I’m kind, adventurous, and well-organized, and I always try to bring warm, positive energy into the home. I also enjoy cooking and keeping a clean and cozy space.
