Hello My name is Owan, I come from Indonesia. The reason I chose to be a nanny is because I like children with inside and outside activities. I can help look after children, have creativity so that children want to have fun learning, apart from that I can also help with cleaning the house, washing clothes and also other work if needed. With a background in nursing education, at least I know a little about how to invite children to chat and play and apart from that, I also have experience in taking care of children. So I understand a little about general things about children, but every family is different in their way of parenting, therefore I need to learn also if I am in a different family with a different culture and language. I have 3 years experience in caring for 2 children. I am interested in becoming a nanny because spending time with children is fun. I was interested in joining the aupair program because I wanted to try a different way of parenting in terms of culture and language, which was a challenge for me.
