LINEA, 20 JAHRE

I graduated high school last summer (2023), and I'm now planning to have a few gap years, before I start studying in Copenhagen. I have been dreaming about studying journalism for a long time, but I'm still open to what might inspire me, and that's why i wish to travel and meet new people. I just finished a three month trip backpacking across Australia and Bali. That was amazing, but for my next journey I really wanna be more stable and move somewhere permanently, so I can make deeper connections. That is why being an au pair is really ideal for me. I am open to moving to another country, but also to Copenhagen. What's most important for me, is to find a family that I can build a beautiful relationship with. Experience: I am the oldest of many little cousins, and I have a younger brother so I have been babysitting for many years. Five years ago my dad got sick with a rare disease, which has made me take a lot of responsibility around the house so that my mom didn't have to do it all alone. I deep clean the entire house weekly, help with laundry, groceries, cooking dinner and all the basic house chores. Other than that I have been working as a waitress for 6 years, which has made me very effective and thorough when it comes to house chores. This is something that comes very natural to me and I believe that I would really be able to help a family that could use some more time on their hands. I am really good with kids, and my goal for this experience is not only to just come and work, but also to create a bond with the family. About me: In my spare time I love spending quality time with friends and family. I also love to be active and exercise in many different ways by for example going to the gym, doing pilates, yoga or going for a run. I am very social and love to stay busy with plans, participate in festivals and local events, and take little trips as often as I can. After being an Au Pair I might go and travel some more for a little while, and then my plan is to move to Copenhagen and study journalism, but I am still open minded for the future.
